This is the GenRight Billet Aluminum Gas Cap & Filler assembly. It's compact design solves a problem for stretched Jeeps with big tires! It is mounted above the frame inside the rear inner fender well (as pictured).
The entire assembly is CNC machined. The gas cap has an o-ring seal under it, so as you remove the cap it prevents dirt from getting in the filler tube or threads.
This is the same fuel filler we use on our GenRight Jeeps, and it works great!

- Includes fuel rated hose and new hose clamps.
- Because of the mounting location, you may need to trim some of the inner fender well sheet metal (as pictured) to fit this product.
- This product may not comply with your local or State emissions regulations (CA requires use of your stock gas cap).

Simple and smart
This was the perfect solution after stretching my TJ. I probably shouldn't say this but my local Smog guy didnt' care that this was on the jeep. Fills pretty easily depending on the gas station. Great product and fast delivery, thank you.

Clean Look
I was going to run the factory filler but realized how much material I was losing in the corner guard after stretching the wheelbase and to cut a big hole for the filler would have weakened the corner in my opinion. This GenRight billet fuel filler was super easy to install and works well for my setup. Glad I went this route.
