This is a replacement Urethane (Rubber) Bushings for the GenRight Off Road Universal Transmission Cross Member (BKT-1050).
These bushings can be used on either side of the cross member.
Sold as a pair (4 urethane bushings and 2 tube sleeves).
Easy to install.
