This is the GenRight Off Road solution to adapt the stock Jeep "hand" parking brake (in the center console) to a Currie 60 rear axle with the Explorer brakes.
Originally designed to work on a Jeep TJ, many other customers with Jeep YJ's and Jeep CJ's have been able to make this work on their Jeeps too.
It includes everything pictured and depending on the travel in your suspension, you may be able to use your stock parking brake cables (if not, switch to the longer LJ parking brake cables).
To install the kit requires welding a shoulder bolt (post) on to the top of the axle housing (as pictured).
We also offer a non-electric line lock solution too, if you have the newer Currie 70 rear axle.
