This is the GenRight Behind the Seat X-Bar for our 4 door GenRight Jeep JKU Cage (GRC-8001).
The X-Bar kit is a highly recommended addition to all our Jeep roll cages, as it adds lateral strength to the cage in the event of a roll over. Therefore, providing the best protection for the vehicle occupants.
These tubes are made from 2" diameter x .120" thick wall DOM tubing that is laser cut (including alignment tangs) and mandrel bent for maximum strength and an exact fit.
Each tube is laser etched with the part number and puzzles into mating keys on the main cage tubes at the B-pillar (behind the driver and passenger front seats).
Notes:
- You loose a little space (2") in the rear seat area (behind the front seats), but worth the added strength.
- For GenRight Jeep JKU Cages Only
- Required welding to install this kit.
- Can be MIG or TIG welded.
