This is an adjustable Seat Mount for the 1997- 2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ or Unlimited LJ.
Use these mounts to adapt your new Simpson Racing seats to your Jeep Wrangler, 1997 to 2006.
These are the same seats & mounts we use in all the GenRight Tracer Jeep builds.

Mounts worked good for PRP seats
Purchased these mounts and had them powder coated satin black. Looks great and they do come with additional brackets, not pictured, that bolt to PRP seats. Tip from Kevin, factory sliders should work with this base. Haven’t tried yet, but will in the coming days.

Overkill Quality
Wow these seat mounts are way more stout than anything else on the market. I especially like the adjustability, I had my seats in the lowest position for a week and decided I wanted more angle back and was able to unbolt the front then tilt the seat slightly and put the bolts back in. It was that simple, I love them.
