This is the "filler" piece that fits between the windshield and the GenRight aluminum roof for the GenRight TJ, LJ, YJ or CJ Roll Cage(s).
It is constructed from 6061-T6 Aluminum, it attaches with the same 4 bolts that hold down the front of the roof to the cage.
It is designed and shaped to presses down on the rubber molding at the top of the windshield frame for a good seal.
The idea is to prevent sun, air flow (and water) from coming down the 3" gap between the windshield and the roof.

NOTES:
- When installed, this piece will prevent the front soft top latches from being able to hook onto the windshield frame.
- This piece can be added at any time.
- This piece can be painted or powder coated.

FILLER PIECE FOR TJ / LJ / YJ / CJ-7 ALUMINUM ROOF
This is a must if you run the aluminum top. Keeps the wind from coming over the windshield into the cab. Worth the money.

Perfect design!
This filler piece makes it possible to leave your aluminum roof installed under your soft or hard top. Just remove the filler and install your top. Love it!
