This is a great upgrade for any of the GenRight rocker guards (aka: rock sliders).
These backing plates are laser cut and formed from 3/16" thick steel for strength.
It is similar to adding a big fender washer, but larger and stronger to pull more of the tub into contact with the rocker.
Easy to install, they are pre-drilled with matching hole pattern.
These 3/16" thick formed pieces of "L" shaped metal will add strength in an area that always gets hit.
For those who have already damaged the mounting area, these backing plates will help you to pull body panels flat up against the rockers so there are no gaps between the rocker guard and body.
These brackets can be cut shorter or drilled to fit other brands of rockers too!
Sold in pairs, un-painted.
They go inside the tub (see picture, just under the door opening) by re-using the hardware that came with your rockers.
