Tracer Stretch LJ Corner Guard Set - Aluminum

Features:

• Laser cut and shape is formed with a custom "one hit" die to assure a good tight fit to the corner of the tub!
• Wheel opening is moved back 7.5" from stock and specifically for the GenRight TRACER kit.
• Wheel opening is cut out is to fit a 40" tire (yes, the GenRight metal tube flares will fit over the opening).
• Made of lightweight & strong 3/16" thick 6061-T6 Aluminum Alloy plate.
• This model corner guard has NO laser cut holes for the: tail lights, hinges or gas filler (as pictured). So you can do your own thing!
• These corner guards do have mounting holes to secure the guards to the tub (2 more than other brands).
• Includes all new mounting hardware, 5/16" countersunk Stainless Steel bolts (flush type) to securely mount our corners to protect your Jeeps tub.

IMPORTANT NOTES about this product:

a) This product is sold unfinished and requires the use of finishing tools such as a Scotch Brite pad and DA Sander to remove surface scratches.

b) To install this product. it will require drilling and cutting of your Jeep's tub (body).

c) Additional drilling is required to mount rear flares (no flare mounting holes are in the corner guard).

d) We offer a aluminum or steel metal tube style rear fender flares in 4" wide TFR-1000, TFR-1030 or 6" wide TFR-1001, TFR-1031

e) These Corners guards are sold un-painted and can be left natural brushed finish or painted (or powder coated).

f) Sold in sets.

g) Weight is only 16 lbs each.

h) The installer can easily cut the openings for the; factory fuel filler, rear door hinges or tail lights with a jig saw.

i) Always fully mount/install before painting!
