JK Dovetail Corner Guard set for 4 Door JK

These are specifically designed to allow 3-3/4" more clearance PER-SIDE and better protect your Jeep’s tub.

This is the perfect way to customize your Jeep and "Armor Up" their rig AND/OR cover previous damage.

This is a Builders Kit and requires cutting and welding - but it is worth it!!!

FEATURES:

• Narrow Dovetail design for more clearance thru obstacles.
• Precision laser cut from 6061-T6 Aluminum Alloy.
• Full side and rear corner protection for the 4 door JK.
• These corner guards are contoured to fit the shape of the Jeep's tub.
• Includes a top "lip" formed into the metal for additional strength.
• The formed shape is tied into the GenRight V2 cage for buggy like strength.
• Wheel opening is to fit a 43" tire and can be cut to fit bigger tires fit.
• No tube flares for this product, at this time (maximum rear vehicle clearance was the goal).
• You can cut to fit the stock plastic fuel filler bezel and the rear door hinges (if desired).
• The mounting holes are pre-drilled to make mounting easier.
• Includes New longer Kick Plates (as pictured) are included to match the new dovetail corners.
• Includes new stainless steel hardware to securely mount corners and protect your Jeeps tub. Looks clean!

NOTES:

• This kit is not for the faint of heart. It requires a massive amount of cutting and welding.
• We recommend using our license plate relocation bracket/light kit to get the license plate moved into the center of the spare tire (LED-1650).
• This product requires drilling of the body/tub and installing RivNuts to properly mount them.
• We designed these corners to fit our (optional) flush mounted LED tail lights Matrix (GR-LED-TAIL).
  
• A tramp stamp plate will be available for the space below the tailgate.
• A "top cap lip" piece will be available so you can fit a cover where the soft top used to go.
• Wheel openings (on corner guard and body) can be trimmed to fit bigger tires.
• MIG welding is fine for installation.
• These Corners are sold un-painted and should be fully fitted (then removed) before painting or powder coating.
• Sold in pairs.
• Approximately 7lbs each.
• Typical install time is 14 hours total.
• We do offer a lower cost standard style corner guard that can accept a standard 4-1/2" LED truck tail light.
• If there is enough demand, we will consider making a rear flare for these corners.
